FP&A Manager | ACA Big 4 | West London (5 days) | Up to £85k
A high-growth global education group is hiring an FP&A Manager to strengthen its core planning and forecasting capability. This is a true FP&A role - not M&A-heavy, not transformation-led with a clear focus on budgeting, forecasting, and performance in a subscription-style business.
What you’ll do
* Own budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans
* Deliver monthly FP&A reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
* Build forecasting models aligned to recurring revenue drivers
* Develop Power BI dashboards for senior leadership
* Partner commercially on pricing, margin, churn, and growth
* Improve FP&A processes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment
What we’re looking for
* ACA-qualified, Big 4 trained
* Hands-on core FP&A experience (end-to-end ownership)
* Background in SaaS / TMT / subscription-based services is a must
* Strong forecasting, modelling, and Power BI capability
* Commercial, confident, and stakeholder-facing
* Happy working 5 days on-site in West London
