What You'll Do: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes with attention to detail and a passion for great food Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with food preparation, stock rotation, and smooth breakfast service Deliver excellent customer service during breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and efficient experience Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety across the kitchen and service areas Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning duties, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are kept clean and organised Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture while bringing enthusiasm and new ideas to the team What You Bring: Proven experience as a Chefin a high volume setting Professional cookery or culinary qualifications Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards Whatwe offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
