The successful candidate will be an innovative, inspirational, and visible leader with extensive experience in operational delivery, transformation, and partnership working within large, complex healthcare organizations. You will have a proven track record of driving performance, leading innovation, and implementing service improvements that prioritize patient care within financial constraints.
As Executive Director of Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our Business Units, ensuring quality standards, governance, and performance metrics are met. You will report directly to the Chief Executive, be a full voting board member, and manage Deputy Directors, General Managers, and teams. Your role includes ensuring effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
