Role Purpose
Mr Kipling is the UK's most loved cake brand-an icon of the British household. As Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping its future through emotionally resonant campaigns, impactful innovation, and commercial activation. This is a high-profile role with P&L ownership, offering the opportunity to lead growth initiatives for a £202m RSV brand with ambitious plans.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and manage flavour/variant extension innovation projects from concept to launch
* Lead P&L and Stage & Gate stakeholder approval processes
* Develop compelling retailer sell-in stories and launch plans
* Drive in-store and shopper marketing, including POS and digital assets
* Implement the annual Winning Plan and contribute to the 3-year brand strategy
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category, Finance, R&D, Packaging, and Operations
* Present directly to buyers and influence ranging decisions
* Manage total Mr Kipling consumer marketing spend
What We Need From You
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG marketing, ideally with brand management delivery
