We are looking for a Treatment Planner to work with the team of HGV Tanker Drivers who work across the Region. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently in line the Thames Contract. The work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions. Your work will involve being the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders as well as maintain compliance within the tanker team.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 6am - 4pm
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

Holidays: 23 days including bank holidays
Responsibilities - but not limited to:
* Assess the Big Change / ortec system daily for new job requests.
* Plan, allocate and dispatch jobs to the appropriate crews based on scope, location, and availability.
* Liaise with internal contacts and third parties to identify responsible units.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to confirm appointment scheduling.
* Coordinate with other units when joint efforts are needed to complete job activities within boundary areas.
* Monitor the email inboxes for communication, inquiry and reports.
* Close down jobs via big change.
* Escalate unresolved job backlogs to relevant managers.
* Update job details in Big Change / Ortec as needed based on new information or feedback.
* Manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and clean inboxes daily.
* Handle all customer and contractor enquiries promptly.
* Update and maintain the relevant spreadsheets.
* Update the live locations spreadsheets to reflect operative locations and availability.
Responsibilities and expectations:
* Experience in a planning or logistics role
* Proficient in Microsoft 365
* Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
