The role
A leading aviation company in Cockernhoe is looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor (B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer) to perform line and base maintenance under Part 145. The ideal candidate will have a UK Part-66 B1 and/or B2 License, experience in Corporate/Private Aviation, and excellent interpersonal skills. This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer service, all within a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
