The company are looking for 2 candidates for either an afternoon shift or nightshift fixed shift. The ideal candidate will have worked within an assembly environment where operators have used hand tools. Production Shift Manager Requirements: Strong leadership with good interpersonal and people management skills. Experience managing a team, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Experienced with inputting production data into a CRM Ability to make decisions regarding safety and operational issues. Self-motivated with team motivational skills. Proactive with minimal supervision needed. Experienced within CI (desirable) Production Shift Manager Duties: Open/close the site and carry out daily inspections. Arrange, produce, and document shift patterns.
