About the role
Make a real difference – become a Residential Childcare Support Worker. If you have a caring nature and the drive to help children and young people reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you. You must have: a valid UK driving licence, be 21 or over, and no experience is necessary as full training is provided.

What we’re looking for
* No prior experience required – values and willingness to learn are key
* Understanding the challenges faced by children and young people
* Ability to build trust and form positive, supportive relationships
* Clear and confident communication with young people and professionals
* Ability to keep accurate written records and reports
* Holds a valid manual driving licence
