This role will be focused on providing the very best care for our children, ensuring their individual needs are met in a group setting.</p><h3>What you will be asked to do:</h3><ul><li>Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their well-being at the centre of focus</li><li>Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures and principles</li><li>Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework</li><li>Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps</li><li>Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience</li><li>Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need to succeed:</h3><ul><li>A passion and dedication to providing world‑class care to children</li><li>To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above</li><li>It is a requirement to have at least a level 5 (Grade C) in GCSE Maths and English</li><li>Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team player</li></ul><p>My Ohana is an equal opportunities employer and values equity, inclusion and diversity.
