Job Title: Transport Planner / Customer Service Coordinator Location: Redditch Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Friday Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner/Customer Service Coordinator to join their client in Redditch, who are currently going through a period of growth. This is a varied role combining early-morning transport planning with customer service and support throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of transport planning experience, knowledge of pallet networks, and a proven ability to build positive relationships with drivers and customers. Previous skills and experience needed for the role: * Minimum 1 year of transport planning experience. * Previous experience working within pallet networks. * Proven ability to maintain positive relationships with drivers and customers. * Strong IT skills (TMS, Microsoft Office, email). * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
