They work with adults with a variety of support needs, including acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.About the RoleThey are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Manager to lead their Supported Living services across multiple sites. The successful candidate will take ownership of service delivery, compliance, and staff management, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred careEnsure services meet and exceed CQC standards and follow safeguarding policiesAct as the Designated Safeguarding LeadCollaborate with families, professionals, and external agencies to provide holistic careManage staffing levels, resources, and referrals effectivelyReview and maintain care plans and documentation to ensure tailored and consistent supportAbout YouAt least 2 years’ experience in the care sector, with 1 year in a leadership roleExperience managing services within Supported Living, Residential or Domiciliary settingsKnowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practicesStrong leadership and communication skillsHold, or be working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and ManagementWhat They OfferBasic salary of £36,000-£44,000, dependent on experiencePerformance-based bonus28 days annual leavePaid DBSFully funded trainingFlexible working arrangements including work-from-home opportunitiesPension schemeGet in touch to find out more!Email jason.dunn@gilbertmeher.com or call 07880996257
