TeamJobs is excited to be recruiting for a Temporary Accounts and Administration Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you'll be providing vital finance and administrative support.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll ensure financial processes run smoothly and assist with day-to-day office administration. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase and sales ledger entries
Preparing purchase ledger payments and carrying out bank reconciliations
Handling credit card reconciliations
Providing administration support to the wider business
Managing and transferring incoming calls
Welcoming and supporting visitors on-site
Monitoring site standards to ensure food safety compliance
Completing general admin and other ad hoc tasks as required
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in an accounts and administration role
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confidence with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and finance systems
A friendly, professional manner when dealing with calls and visitors
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
