Job Title: Social Worker Level 3 - Children In Care
Salary: £42,839 to ££47,181
Benefits: Annual £4,000 retention payment + £6,000 Golden Hello Payment – subject to T & C, Social Work England professional membership fees paid
Responsible to: Team Manager
Work Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)

The Children in care team in Milton Keynes is a rewarding team to be in, we act as corporate parents to the children and young people in our care. We are ambitious for our children and deliver a high standard of service to ensure our children and young people achieve good outcomes.
Key Requirements
1. Chairing multi-disciplinary meetings and working closely with other agencies/professionals to complete assessments and formulate child centred care plans.
2. Completing annual Children and Family Assessments on each case to ensure that the care plan for the child/young person is reviewed.
