We provide everything from diary and travel management to bookkeeping, property management, and executive support. We pride ourselves on being proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
We're looking for a reliable Bookkeeper Assistant / Admin Assistant to join our team and support both the finance and administration functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, confident with numbers, proficient in excel and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping Support:
* Process invoices, receipts, and expenses.
* Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
* Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks or similar).
* Support with preparation of monthly reports and statements.
* Assist with payroll administration.
* Track and chase payments where necessary.
Administrative Support:
* Provide general admin support to the Director and wider team.
* Manage filing systems, databases, and records.
* Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
* Support with scheduling, diary management, and travel bookings.
* Assist with property management administration (contracts, compliance, supplier coordination).
* Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in bookkeeping and administration.
* Working knowledge of accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks preferred).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
