What You'll Bring: Engineering/trade qualification and 5 years' experience in facilities or support services management. Proven experience managing complex distribution or FMCG sites (multi-temperature environments a plus). Strong project management, contractor oversight, and compliance knowledge. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Flexibility with working hours and a full clean driving licence.
