Strategic Finance Associate | Consumer Subscription Start-up | London / Hybrid
The Opportunity
Harmonic is exclusively supporting an exciting Consumer Subscription Start up, that has created a category-defining product that has led them to capturing a growing portion of a highly competitive consumer sector.
The business is now entering its next phase of growth, having just closed a £12m Series A (yet to be announced), they are a lean, ambitious team of around 30 people, this is a company where every individual has outsized impact and where the work you do will directly shape strategy at a defining moment in the company's journey.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, the Strategic Finance Associate will drive commercial decision making across M&A, unit economics, supply chain and margin analysis. This is a broad, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of FP&A and commercial strategy.
This is not a back-office role. You will be expected to work cross-functionally, push insights through the business, and help drive real commercial decisions alongside the leadership team. The finance team is small and deliberately so and there’s clear progression to Strategic Finance Manager within 12-18 months as the company scales.
The ideal candidate is likely looking for their second job move, whether you’re stepping into industry, have just completed a graduate scheme or looking for a new environment; if you are a driven, commercially minded professional looking to join a start-up, this likely is the right next role for you.
