About The Role
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the daily operation of restaurants, bars, room service, and conference & banqueting. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing a team of Associates, and driving revenue while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring service excellence across all outlets and consistently high guest satisfaction.
* Lead, motivate, and coach your team, respond proactively to guest feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Support financial performance by managing costs, driving sales, and contributing to budgets and forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, maintain quality and presentation across all services, and assist in menu development, promotions, and event delivery.
