We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team.

* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
* Provide comprehensive medication counselling and support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and achieve the best possible outcomes.
* Conduct regular medication reviews to ensure safe and effective medication management.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and manage pharmacy inventory effectively.
* Provide immunization services where applicable and offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
* Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives, actively contributing to improving community health.
* Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Proven experience working in a community pharmacy setting.
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring patient safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends, with a flexible and positive approach to problem-solving.
