* Role: Travelling Communities Outreach & Engagement Worker
* Salary: £13,122 (FTE £25,235)
* Hours: 19.5 hours/week
* Contract: Permanent
* Location: Wiltshire

* Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes
* Travel across Wiltshire and BANES (Bath & North East Somerset)
Role Overview
Join our Gypsy, Roma, Traveler, and Boater (GRTB) Service team to engage with and support travelling communities across Wiltshire and Bath & North East Somerset. Your work will involve visiting various sites, including council and private locations, roadside stops, and collaborating with partner agencies to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and review client progress
* Develop personalized support plans with client involvement
* Track referrals and maintain accurate records
* Support clients in community consultation events
Qualifications & Requirements
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle with business insurance
* Empathy and understanding of client needs
* Enthusiasm for supporting under-served communities with an open-minded, non-judgmental approach
