Production Team Manager
We are recruiting for Production Team Manager roles to work for a leading food manufacturer in the Fife area. This role is in a food production environment, working with a great team.
Location: Freuchie KY15 7HY
Salary: from £32,000 up to £35,000 - POE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES as a Production Team Manager:
1. Ensure that each member of the team is trained to a competent standard across all jobs in the relevant production area.
2. Prioritise and execute the shift running plans to ensure that all targets are met.
3. Challenge, investigate and correct non-conformances e.g. quality, stock rotation, waste management.
4. Ensure that each member of the team clearly understands what their role is and is provided with all the necessary training to succeed.
5. Ensure that each member of the team clearly understands the product quality standards for the area.
6. Ensure that each member of the team understands what is expected of them in relation to time-keeping, housekeeping standards, health & safety, PPE adherence and acceptable behaviour.
