Job title: Area Manager, Town Planning
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key member of the Town Planning team, you will be responsible for managing and developing planning projects across the UK.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in senior level planning experience, with Chartered membership of the RTPI. You will also need to have experience of planning development management and/or minerals and waste, together with knowledge and understanding of planning legislation and Government Policy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences. You will also need to have experience of writing reports and planning statements.
