With around 1,000 customers already and an ambitious target of 100 new customers every month, they need a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale their Meta lead generation funnel end to end. The Role Your sole focus is driving qualified demo bookings through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social funnel. The commercial target is clear — 20 qualified demo bookings per day feeding directly into a sales team who convert them into paying customers. You will own everything from campaign strategy and audience testing through to creative direction, landing page optimisation and conversion improvement.
