This role with be on a 4 day working week from 4pm to 2am Monday to Thursday, it will also be weekly pay. Role & Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders to determine machine settings. Adjust machine parameters to achieve precision cutting and shaping according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality inspections to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with manufacturing standards. Troubleshoot minor issues with the machine and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following health and safety regulations.and structured technical reports on findings from sites. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: A recognised time-served apprenticeship/modern apprenticeship within a Mechanical Engineering discipline, along with either NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a metal fabrication environment.
