We're looking for someone to help manage the end-to-end lifecycle of display pre-fill orders and simple POS and general print briefs, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment. As the Account Executive, you will be crucial in supporting the Account Manager and the wider team in the operational management and execution of printed POS and temporary display campaigns. You'll take direct ownership of managing client orders from start to finish and be the key point of contact for simple briefs. You'll also be vital in ensuring smooth logistics of print projects and financial and operational administration.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

* Managing general print and pre-fill display forecast orders from end-to-end and handling simple briefs
* Tracking deliveries, booking in stock, and supporting local stakeholders with stock management and reporting for co-packing
* Handling PODs (Proof of Delivery) and billing, as well as managing invoicing and WIP (Work in Progress) maintenance and management systems
* Working within internal TMS systems to ensure the proactive management and tracking of all projects
* Supporting the team in executing print management strategies and developing alternative solutions when new challenges arise

TMS Global is a leading subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a renowned packaging and display manufacturing company. Operating across 97 global markets, TMS Global specializes in retail display, print, and packaging outsourcing. Our TMS family consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across Europe, AMEA and the Americas.

We are currently growing our UK client services team to support one of our large multi-national FMCG customers, with some very popular brands, to deliver a managed service for their POS and Display requirements. We are looking for an Account Manager to be based within a 1-hour commutable distance to Slough in a hybrid role with travel to be on-site with our client up to 2 days a week with the remaining days working from home.
