Working Foreman / Site Manager – High-End Residential

We work closely with private clients, architects and design teams to deliver well-considered, high-quality residential projects, typically in the £500k–£5m range.

Role Description
We are looking for a Working Foreman / Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in running a clean, organised and well‑sequenced site.
Responsibilities
* Manage site operations and subcontractors day‑to‑day
* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Coordinate trades and programme on site
* Work closely with the Director, architects and clients
* Ensure health & safety compliance
* Carry out hands‑on work where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
* Trade background (carpentry preferred)
* SMSTS and First Aid
* Experience delivering high-end residential projects
* Strong organisational and sequencing skills
* Good communication with clients and design teams
* High standards and attention to detail
* Calm, professional approach on site
