About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Process and post invoices accurately using Access and Inprotech
* Manage supplier payments and remittance advice
* Reconcile bank and supplier accounts
* Maintain petty cash and monitor bank balances
* Respond to supplier queries via shared mailbox
* Support audit and disbursement management tasks
The ideal candidate will have
At least two years' experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role, ideally gained within a professional services environment. You'll bring excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a proactive mindset. Strong IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential, along with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
