Private Client Solicitor (1–2 PQE) – Milton Keynes
We are a well‑established and highly regarded law firm seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join our busy partner‑led team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected private client practice handling a broad and varied caseload for individuals, families, and high‑net‑worth clients.
Responsibilities
You will advise clients across the full spectrum of private client matters:
* Drafting simple and complex wills
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and estate planning
* Tax and succession planning
* Advising high‑net‑worth individuals, including matters involving repatriation and cross‑border estate considerations
Qualifications & Experience
* 1–2 years’ PQE
* Experience managing a varied private client caseload
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
* Show empathy and sensitivity when dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as emotionally sensitive matters
* Be organised, personable, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment
* STEP qualification or progress toward STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
