Role Profile Our dedicated Revenue Management Team have the opportunity for a detail-orientated, commercially-minded Revenue Manager to step their newest Revenue Manager position!
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Price Management:
- Maximise revenue by making daily price changes to maximise revenue using PRISM – the Sykes Revenue Management system. Each Revenue Manager is responsible for the performance of regions and divisions and also maintain a SWOT analysis for each. They must also be able to clearly understand and feedback on the challenges facing their regions and make recommendations to improve its performance.
- Owner of specific departures weeks where they will be accountable for delivering the budgeted revenue. They must have a multi-dimensional view of the performance and potential challenges of the departure weeks to drive the strategy within the team and across the business
- Forecast sales and revenue targets of regions, brands and divisions using SPHERE – the Sykes Forecast Tool
- Management of Short Break pricing strategy
- Attending and contributing to the weekly Revenue Management Focus meeting to review performance and agree strategy for departure weeks and regions
- Attending team meetings and representing the team in relevant meetings across the business
Data analysis and report building:
- Analyse data and use it to make pricing strategies, which will directly affect EBITDA
- Update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reports
- Support process and procedure delivery in revenue management
- Participation in weekly team meetings providing insight into findings either regional or seasonal based
- Identify and maximise all possible opportunities and minimise any risks
- Integration of relevant acquisitions into daily processes
Relationship building and team partner:
- Partnering a team within the business to maximise relationship opportunities
- Engage and influence other areas of the business to drive revenue
Projects
- Support the delivery of Revenue Management projects
