With a strong reputation for compliance and innovation, we are committed to making financial management simple and stress-free About the Role As a Customer Experience Consultant, your role is to ensure that every customer gets the most out of our services. You will be responsible for engaging with existing customers via outbound calls, analysing their current circumstances, and identifying additional services that could benefit them. This is a proactive, sales-driven role, where you will cold-call existing customers who may not be expecting your call, introduce them to additional services, and explain their benefits clearly and persuasively. Your goal will be to upsell relevant products, ensuring a smooth, one-call resolution wherever possible. Alongside this, youll manage your own pipeline, update internal databases, and collaborate with various teams across the business. The ideal candidate Ability to communicate information in a clear and articulate manner to customers and colleagues, both orally and in writing Ability to think on your feet Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Experience working towards KPIs Ability to build good rapport with customers A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Strong organisation skills including the ability to manage a pipeline Punctuality and reliability Ability to take responsibility and use initiative Efficient organisation and multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a team Flexibility and adaptability to change given work priorities.
