This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the 'ECT Family' which includes current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees, both NHSP and ECT bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from applicants not listed within these groups.

Hours per week: 37.5
The successful post holder will act as a first point of contact for Medical Workforce queries. The successful post holder will be responsible for:
* Upholding a customer-focused approach, responding to enquiries promptly.
* Be skilful in handling and resolving queries and complaints.
* Be responsible for maintaining accurate records.
* Be responsible for the co-ordination of various administrative activities.
* Support the onboarding process for new Medical and Dental staff.
* Support with engaging departments to address staffing needs.
* Providing effective administrative support to the Medical Staffing Team.
* Support with timely processing of payroll.
