LOCATION – Victoria Mills – Salts Mill Road, Shirpley, BD17 7DG
WORKING HOURS – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 0800 - 1315
SALARY – £10,042.59 per annum
CONTRACT – Part-time, Permanent

Job Description
This role will be based at a residential development consisting of 449 Luxury 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in a 150 year-old heritage setting. Victoria Mills is a 19th century mill situated within the buffer zone of the World Heritage Site in Shipley, Bradford.
The development comprises luxury apartments complete with roof gardens, balconies, landscaped gardens, a river frontage seating area and tennis courts.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
* Deliver excellent customer service, to our residences.
* Maintain high standards of cleaning across all areas of the building
* Report maintenance issues
Please Note: You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role
