Conveyancing Paralegal
* Annual Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
* Location: Camberley
* Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Hybrid/Office Based)
Join our dynamic but traditional friendly, legal team as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Farnborough. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced individual who is confident in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
* Conduct searches, prepare reports on title, and deal with Land Registry applications.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm’s case management system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
