We are looking to expand our amazing office team and we need a part-time Office Administrator to work help us maintain a fantastic experience in the indoor-play industry.
Safari Play Venues are a multi-award-winning children's indoor play and party venue business with a head office in Milton Keynes
We need someone who has a passion for working with people, has strong admin skills and is extremely comfortable communicating on the phone.
Working hours will be based in our Parties Office at Safari MK and will be in both term time and School holidays.
We are looking for someone with attention to detail, a passion for delivering great customer service and of course a love of seeing people have fun.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Helping the party team take bookings and answering questions.
* Providing phone support: answering party enquiries, taking details of customer problems and either answering the query or passing it to the relevant manager (ensuring follow up call happens).
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their requirements.
* Assist with all head office including party, HR and marketing administration.
* Other duties as requested.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Great telephone manner, comfortable dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
* Strong keyboard skills including use of MS Word and Excel.
* Able to work under pressure, work under own initiative and prioritise work to achieve deadlines.
Education:
* A-Level C passes or equivalent or higher
