Female Regional Support Worker
Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour plus paid travel expenses 25p per mile
Hours:36 hours per week
Shifts:Days, Wake Night, Sleep- in shifts
Requirement:Full UK Driving Licence plus own transport (due to nature of the role)

Were recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in Plymouth and surroundings.
This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.Youll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.
What youll be doing
As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
* Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis
* Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
* Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
* Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
* Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
What youll bring
Were looking for people who already have experience in:
* Complex Care (tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, etc.)
* Autism
* Epilepsy
* Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
* Mental Health support
Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
