Wealth Hub Australia is a nationally recognised financial services company dedicated to helping everyday Australians build wealth and achieve financial independence through property investment. We are expanding our Lead Generation Department and are looking for a proactive, client‑focused appointment setter to join our team.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for contacting potential clients by phone to arrange appointments for our Consultants. Your core duties include:
* Calling prospects to explain the appointment process and set clear expectations.
* Ensuring each client understands the value of the consultation they will receive.
* Recording client details accurately in our system.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance with privacy standards.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Prior experience in appointment setting, preferably within the finance or real estate sector.
* Excellent listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
* Commitment to achieving both company and personal KPIs.
* Confident, outgoing personality with strong client objection‑handling skills.
* Highly professional telephone manner.

Working Hours & Compensation
Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Thursday (additional hours may be available based on performance). Our generous hourly rate is complemented by lucrative bonus structures for top performers.
