Job Description:
Research Director – Behavioural Science
? Hybrid - London (flexible)
? Mixed methods research experience
I’m working with an innovative insights consultancy on a senior opening that blends strategy, behavioural science, and commercial impact. They’re looking for a Research Director with deep expertise in behavioural change - someone who can not only lead on major research projects, but also embed behavioural science thinking across the wider business.
This is a highly strategic role. You’ll be part of a 10 person Behavioural Science team, helping shape how behavioural change is applied in commercial settings, tying insights to real business outcomes.
You’ll also be expected to help pitch and win behavioural science-led projects, while spotting opportunities to embed behavioural thinking across broader programmes, often in collaboration with other teams across the business. That means a strategic mindset is key: they want someone who can see the bigger picture and help connect behavioural science into wider client challenges.
This is the perfect opportunity if you:
* Have a solid background in behavioural science, with a real understanding of behaviour change frameworks
* Are a strong researcher who knows how to make behavioural insights practical, strategic, and monetisable
* Think beyond the project brief and can see how behavioural science fits into the wider client ecosystem
* Are excited by the idea of pitching your own work and helping grow a best-in-class team
If this sounds like a good role for you, please apply for more information.
Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit. Check our Blog for more information.
