Implement differentiated instruction tailored to the student's learning needs and abilities. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote positive learning experiences. Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment, addressing SEMH complexities. Collaborate with Ackerman Pierce and other stakeholders to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed.Candidate Requirements: Available during school hours, up to 30 hours per week. Experience in delivering the National Curriculum core subjects (Math, English, Science) to students with complex and challenging needs. Knowledge and experience with SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD educational requirements. Proven exceptional behavior management techniques.
