The Role: Senior Vehicle Technician
We are seeking a master Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Grays to handle the most challenging diagnostic and repair work across all vehicle brands. You will be a technical leader in the workshop, working autonomously or collaborating with colleagues.
Your Contribution & Responsibilities:
* Performing complex repairs and maintenance across all brands and types of Vehicle Technician work.
* Specialising in major components, including performing complete engine rebuilds.
* Working extensively on turbos and providing specialist Mechanic skills across the workshop.
* Taking the lead on guiding and supporting less experienced colleagues.
* Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency in Grays.
What You'll Bring
