Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will assist in all technical operations, ensuring the safety, quality and integrity of food produced and packed on site.

What your typical day as Compliance Technologist will look like:
8. Management of micro schedule
9. Management of goods intake
10. Completion of finished products specifications and QAS documents
11. Assist with updating and maintaining the QMS
12. Carry out training and competency assessment
13. Assist in the monitoring of the QMS System
14. Management of the calibration schedule
15. Assist Food safety & Quality Co-ordinator in TACCP and Horizon scanning.
16. CAPA/ SCARs/Customer complaints

Your essential ingredients:
17. Knowledge of Food Safety Principles/Good Manufacturing Practises
18. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
19. Good verbal & written communications Skills (High standard of English essential)
20. Reliable and strong work ethic with attention to detail
21. Flexible to meet the needs of the business
Desirable Criteria:
22. Degree or equivalent in a technical, food related or science-based discipline.
23. 1 year's previous experience in a similar role
24. Level 2 Food Safety
25. Level 2 HACCP
26. Internal Auditor Training
