We are seeking skilled groundworkers with a strong focus on external works, specifically slabs, kerbs, and edgings, to support high-quality delivery across our projects. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Ability to read and interpret drawings and relevant site documentation Proven experience in external works including kerb laying, edgings, and slab installation Ensure all works are completed to specification, line and level, and to a high standard of finish Strong understanding of correct materials and installation methods for kerbs, edgings, and slabs Experience in preparing sub-bases and ensuring correct formation for paving works Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Desirable Skills & Experience: CPCS or NPORS tickets 5–10 years’ experience in skilled groundworks Established gangs or teams are highly desirable General Expectations: Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work well with other trades and site teams Support programme delivery and meet deadlines Right to work in the UK What We Offer: Fair and competitive rates Opportunities for ongoing and future project work Access to further training as required by site needs We maintain high standards across all our sites and are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
