Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs.
* Assist with coursework and emotional well:being.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
* Contribute to IEP development and implementation.
* Support students in achieving their learning goals and accessing the curriculum.
* Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour.
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
* Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time:management skills.
* Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
