Job Description
* Lead the delivery of key infrastructure projects within the public sector
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
* Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure development
* Oversee project budgets and resource allocation
* Manage and mentor a team of project officers
* Ensure compliance with local and national regulations
* Report regularly on project progress and outcomes
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices
The Successful Applicant
* Relevant educational qualifications in project management or a related field
* Proven experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Detailed knowledge of the public sector and property industry
* Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
