Working hours of a Lettings Branch Manager:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays

3. £20,000 – £32,000 basic
4. £60,000 OTE
5. Company car or car allowance

Lettings Branch Manager requirements:
8. Highly experienced in Lettings
9. Able to motivate a team
10. Highly organized and able to manage workload
11. Driven and hungry for success
12. Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
13. Managing the Lettings Team
14. Setting KPI’s for the team
15. Undertaking team meetings
16. Help grow the business
17. Liaising between Landlords and buyers
18. Carrying out 1-1s with the team
19. Going out and winning new business
