Our current portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, including novel suspension systems for military application, innovative aircraft seating systems, a ‘last mile' 18 tonne electric delivery truck and the design and delivery of a new hydraulic control system for a hypercar. Our portfolio covers engineering design solution projects that range in size and scope.
Reporting into the Planning function, you will work closely with all functions within Advanced Technology. Your focus will be to plan and schedule work efficiently, accurately and complete any associated tasks to support this.
Key responsibilities:
Management of production orders including all associated Customer and Shop Orders:
Responsible for customer order and shop order transactions, including:- Managing shortages and internal expediting.
Liaising with the procurement team.
Inventory and MRP management including:- Shop order requisitions, MRP action messages, inventory part status, etc.
Create and process customer order returns.
Customer invoice queries.
Provide regular updates within Prodrive to internal customers regarding delivery status.
Adjusting plans as necessary, as priorities change.
IFS Operations (ERP system)
Create and manage ERP objects: - Inventory parts.
Manufacturing structures (BoMs) and routing.
Sales parts.
Purchased parts.
ERP housekeeping to include maintenance, records, and inventory.
ERP Manufacturing Operations
Provide cover for ERP Manufacturing Operations personnel as required.
Support initiatives to improve ERP processes.
Who are we looking for?
ONC/HNC or Equivalent in a Business/Administration discipline.
Previous experience of using MRP/ERP manufacturing systems would be an advantage.
A background in planning & / or manufacturing would be beneficial.
Computer literate with use of the MS Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and task deadlines driven.
