Working in a live service environment, post‑holders ensure reliable, user‑focused service delivery while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance resilience and improve user experience through data and technology. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of three specialist areas - Problem Management, Data Governance or Service Delivery - while sharing a core set of responsibilities.
