Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waitress/ Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, serving beverages and food, and ensuring the bar and restaurant area is well-maintained. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with guests to provide outstanding service, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Upsell menu items to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are presented attractively and safely.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Skills
* Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
* Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: £12.21-£13.78 per hour
