Contract Support (Facilities Management)
Location: Didcott
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
£32,000 per annum + Package (25 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Pension)
About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Contract Support professional to join our team at Harwell Campus. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager and working closely with the Lead Engineer and TSM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all contracted services within the Business Unit are delivered in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role is integral to the smooth running of the contract, providing vital administrative, financial, and operational support to both the management team and the client.
Key Responsibilities for Contract Support:
1. Provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to the Contract Manager and site team.
2. Monitor and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring all statutory records are up to date.
3. Raise, process, and track purchase orders, invoices, and quotes in line with contractual requirements.
4. Assist with monthly reporting, financial forecasting, and audit preparation.
5. Act as a first point of contact for the client and subcontractors, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance requests.
6. Support the delivery of SLAs and KPIs across the contract.
7. Ensure all health & safety, quality, and compliance procedures are followed.
About You
8. Previous experience in facilities management, contract support, or a similar administrative/coordination role.
9. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and confident working with financial/contract management systems.
11. Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
12. A proactive problem-solver who can support both day-to-day operations and long-term contract delivery.
