AC Engineer – TipTopJob
Location: Welwyn Garden City region, United Kingdom (commercial property)
Overview: My client is a medium‑sized national FM company looking for an experienced and qualified A/C Engineer to join an established team. This is a static role working on commercial property, involving PM, breakdowns and servicing. Working hours: Monday to Friday with OT and call‑out available.

Responsibilities
* Work on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites
* Cover a large area including Berkshire, Bucks, Herts and London
* Carry out servicing and maintenance of commercial air‑conditioning and refrigeration units
* Work on various air conditioning systems: VRV/VRFs, split and multi‑split systems
* Cover air handling, air con and refrigeration as a service engineer
* Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
* Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
* NVQ Level 2 (min) in Air:conditioning and refrigeration
* Experience with VRVs, VRFs, chillers, air handling units
* F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
* Commercial experience in Building Services or FM background
* Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
* Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
* 17th Edition training highly desired
