Role & Responsibilities
* Ensuring operational processes and production are appropriately controlled and compliant.
* Developing a quality and food safety culture throughout manufacturing by facilitating continuous improvement, identification, management, and review of testing requirements.
* Acting as the technical expert regarding processes, suppliers, and technological capabilities.
* Developing strong proactive customer relationships and collaborating closely with other departments.
Key Skills & Experience
* HACCP Level 3 certification minimum.
* Recent experience in a similar role with a hands-on approach.
