Responsibilities
Trade Support:
1. 1st and 2nd Line support for All Trading team within the EMEA region
2. Incident & Change management
3. Assist with automating processes to increase efficiency and streamline trade support
4. Managemunications with wide range of stakeholders (firm management, brokers, development teams, risk management)
Trading Platform Onboarding and Management:
• User onboarding : responsible for the setup of new users, configuring accounts, product permissions, coordinate with risk for trading limits, coordinate test trades
• User Trainings : Provide training to new users on various technology stack (Trading application & risk management platforms)
Qualifications/Skills Required
• Previous experience in a Trade Support / Business Analyst role in a major financial institutions (sell side / buy side / trading firm)
• Experience Supportingmodities Trading and proficient with Trading Platforms such as Trayport, WebICE, TT
• Working knowledge of an object oriented programing language (Python, Java) and API concepts (HTTP protocol, RestAPIs..)
• Exposure to multiple asset class (EQ Derivatives, Interest Rates derivatives, Equities Cash markets, Fixed Ie, Credit) desirable
• Good understanding of Unix / Windows environments
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Familiarity with middle and back office systems, risk management tools (OpenLink, Imagine..) and with Bloomberg or Reuters market data desirable
• Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency - problem management and escalation
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, accountability and strong sense of ownership
